Account Executives
Shields Environmental has over 30 years of success in matching customer requirements with environmental concerns. We continue to grow our customer base, as well as, service and product offerings and at this time are seeking experienced, proactive and determined Account Executives to handle the following markets and customer bases.
Account Executive – Caribbean and Latin America
Account Executive – North America
The ideal candidate will be a self motivated, seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of Telecom Industry sales experience in specified markets above. Candidate will be responsible for the origination of new business, while expanding product mix within Shields’ active customer base. Promotion of Shields Environmental through phone campaigns, customer visits, association memberships and panel participation, attendance at trade shows and product specials initiatives are expected. Extensive knowledge and contacts within targeted customer base (i.e. RBOC, LEC, CLEC, utility, enterprise and internet markets) is a must. Strong analytical, time management, problem solving, prioritization and planning skills are required. Candidate must possess proven sales experiences, track record and techniques within the targeted market. Exceptional verbal, written, communication and computer skills (i.e. spreadsheets, presentations, and word processing programs) are required. Role requires the ability to work within team environment, as well as competence to work individually on daily tasks. Account Executive is expected to hunt and farm within a designated territory.
